My Mission

"Together we have the power to create soul healing miracles to transform all life of Humanity, Mother Earth and all Universes." -Master Zhi Gang Sha

Ren Fa Di "Join as One"

I would like to express my purest intentions around my creations that I have offered up to anyone who may be called to use them. I am an vessel for spirit to call upon, I am lead by the divine. I want to be as transparent as I can be to provide a safe space for all to find comfort in. Here is my promise to you and my deepest of thought into why I have made these offerings.

I am directly working with the plant's essence to find its planetary correspondents from my personal experience communing with their wisdom. This helps to honor the various different seasons within our lifetimes and base our self care off of the astrological alignments. You can use this as a way to deepen your sense of ritual and guidance to the medicine both physically and energetically.

Cleanse, Adapt and Regenerate Body, Mind and Soul. Handmade spiritual cosmetics curated to invoke both physical and spiritual cleansing. Working with plants, the orishas and primordial force energies to provide healing and natural skincare.

Each product was intentionally created to help guide you through the ebbs and flows of life. Tuning into the plants essence to connect it to an planet and orisha shifting the mind and soul back into alignment. Medicinally finding plants that guide the body to adapt to different ailments. Emotionally relieving growing pains, releasing fear and moving stagnation with a gentle touch, this is my heart centered hug to you.

Studying herbal medicine has lead me to the belief that the body is very complex and that whatever we are consuming can really manifest how we are feeling in our bodies. Through or inner self talk, through our senses, what we view as content on the daily, what we are consuming. What we input into our bodies becomes our reality. This leads me to the theory that sickness starts at an energetic level then moves through the body to become physical.

Most western medicine is an all fix solution meaning that there is one cure for all body types and this solution acts as an bandage. Not getting to the root issue, starting with the foundations of our health which includes our mental health. This also leaves out the ability to personalize your experience with tending to our bodies, we all have unique constitutes that require personal care and attention.  It does have its place within our society, but we should reclaim our own health,  especially when it comes to day to day aches and pains.

These offerings are created with that in mind, each offering aligns with different feelings within the body. Leading you to personalized solution that works to set and center foundation and hopefully will lead you to wanting to commune with the plants and your vessel in more of an intimate way.

Each offering comes with an informational card introducing you to the benefits of the herbs, the planet's meaning, an orisha to work with to harness the energy you may be needing and primordial forces to embody what you are calling in.

You may be wondering, who are the Orishas? They are gods and goddesses sent down by the "supreme being" to connect the spiritual realm with humanity. A physical embodiment of the divine itself, each Orisha is representative of an element in nature and human characteristics. They are imperfect beings with almost human like tendencies. This helps us to understand our light/shadow aspects and really tend to them with an understanding. Originating in Yorubaland of West Africa. Through the Atlantic Slave Trade it is now practiced throughout the world and some cases taking on other deity's names because of other religions combining together. An example of this is "Santos" or "Saints" another name for the Orishas in Cuba and Brazil, this is due to the Catholic church and the need to ensure survival.

Medical Astrology is the most ancient form of medicine, being practiced throughout the world before evidence based treatment became more prominent in the mid 16th century. This form of medicine was used to treat the entirety of our being, Body, Mind and Soul. This connects the planets to certain parts of the body and personalizes it with your own chart or astrological sign. This can help discover unique characteristics about how your body may process different plant medicines and how it can be used at different times. It almost becomes a map of how to take care of our bodies in an intimate way and connects us deeper with the world around us. Practicing these ancient ways can lead us into self fulfillment thus giving us the space to become one with Mother Earth and all the the beings that dwell on her.

Spiritual Baths have an ancient history related to a connection with a higher source. Cleansing has been used in many cultures and religions throughout the world. Leaning into the same concept to purify and connect. In the catholic church they used holy water and water baths when being baptized. Many believe these traditions were inspired by ancient indigenous practices. The first known bath was deemed a sacred site in Pakistan dating back to 2500 BC, called the “Great Bath”.  In India they go to a sacred river to be cleansed as a ritual. You can see this ritual of cleansing being in many ancient traditions around the world. Using this primordial life force energy, water, as a means to invoke a certain outcome and cleanse stagnation thus emerging from the bath pure. In combination with plant essences and what they can bring can be a powerful manifestation tool to be used and a good ritual to partake in.

I am however not a licensed practitioner and cannot diagnose or prescribe any medications or herbal supplements. I am here to educate on living a Whole(listic) lifestyle and provide an outlet for healing. Trust your intuition and if needed discuss herbs and supplements with your healthcare provider before beginning a regimen.

Thank you to Spirit, the Orishas, Pachamama, Sky Father, the Plants for guiding me to create this offering. My wish is to see it bring healing the way it did for me.

What is an Elixir?

An Elixir can be defined in many ways. Often they are said to be used to treat or cure an illness. Although this is true, Elixirs can also be used intentionally to simply support our over all  well-being.

Here is our definition of ‘Elixir'

A liquid potion, ritually crafted with herbs and other powerful ingredients, to help support a specific intention or to create a magickal experience for those that receive it. Our refreshments serve as an alchemical vehicle for delivering remedies in an approachable way. We seek to create an enjoyable experience with our knowledge of our plant allies and how they can guide us to physical, mental, energetic and emotional balance.

You may also think of them as a sort of mocktail with powerful properties, or if you’re like us, you may even choose to see them as Magickal Potions!

Summer 2022 Elixir Menu

Please note that we work alongside the seasons. The following menu is a sample.

Energetics of Elixirs

"Tsuga" Mother of Trees ~ Just as a mother nourishes and supports during times of shifts and big emotion. This elixir is reminsecent of a mothers touch and acts as an soothing shoulder to lean on and find support through deep intiations. A creation birthed from grief, then mended with herbal medicine to bring clarity, higher perseptive and deeper understanding.

Muldahara ~ Earthing in during times of change. As this fall time shift starts to occur in our external world it is also present in our internal world. Being we are creatures of pachamama, living in cyclical patterns such as she does. Our bodies require deep rest and rooting inward during these times, this elixir was curated to secure an inner root.

Muladahara is the Sankrit name for the first of the seven main Chakras. It is located at the base of the spine and is refelctive of our sense of stability and grounding. An unbalanced Muladahara can cause us to feel uprooted, insecure, unstable, etc.

Apple Mockscow Mule ~ What would Autumn be without Apples? This elixir is a fall twist on the classic Moscow mule. With fresh-hand squeezed apple juice as the base, we receive the sweetness of one of this season’s most delicious gifts. Ginger and Ceylon Cinnamon help to add some warmth to support digestion, blood circulation and immune support as we move into colder days and prepare the body for denser foods and the long winter. Sweet, spicy and refreshing!

Cozy Chamomile ~ Autumn is correlated with the Ayurvedic constitution of Vata. This energy (Vata) tends to have upward and outward movement, bringing us into our minds. This season is also correlated with Air, which is also a reflection of this upward and outward movement. These energies can create feelings of overwhelm and overthinking. The herbs and other ingredients in this elixir are supportive of relaxing our mind, body and spirit as we use this season as a traditional period from fast-paced, external, Yang Summer, to the slower, internal Yin Winter. Skullcap and Passionflower help to calm our mind and our nervous system, while Wood Betony helps to pull out vital life force energy down to our Root Chakra so we can feel rooted and grounded. In this way this elixir reminds us that just like the plants send their energy back into their roots at this time, we too should do the same.

How can we be of service?
