HorseTail The prehistoric plant of wisdom and resilience. Being an elder here on earth this plant holds the history of up to 500 million years. Horsetail is the plant of strength, working with the bones, skin, hair and nails. Doctrine of signatures being that if you were to pick this plant a part for medicine you would immediately notice the fragments between each stem,  looking similar to  joints. This plant also contains silica, which is an important mineral that helps the tendons and muscles of the body to be more flexible and strong.
